FAQ
Which payment type is cheaper?
With declining (differentiated) payments the total interest is lower, but the first payments are higher. An annuity gives you the same payment every month.
Will the result match my bank?
The calculation uses standard formulas without insurance, fees or the exact number of days in each month. Your bank may calculate slightly differently — always check your loan agreement.
