FAQ

Which resolution should I choose?

Scale 1× equals 72 dpi (an A4 page ≈ 595×842 px), 2× is 144 dpi, 3× is 216 dpi and 4× is 288 dpi. 2× is usually enough for screens; use 3–4× for print or small text.

How do I specify pages?

Separate with commas and use a hyphen for ranges: “1-3, 5, 8-”. Leave it empty for all pages. “8-” means page eight to the last page.

Can I open a password-protected PDF?

No, this tool does not open password-protected PDFs — you’ll see a clear error message.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Pages are rendered by the PDF.js library on your device.
